What is Centrino Hardware Control

With Centrino Hardware Control you can easily control the hardware components of your Intel Centrino Mobile Notebook. Centrino Hardware Control helps you to:

- save power or to increase performance with CPU Speed control (CPU policy), custom dynamic switching, CPU Voltage control and ATI clock control.
- control and monitor the Hard Drive with S.M.A.R.T management, acoustic & advanced power management and Hard Drive temperature monitoring.
- reduce noise with Notebook FAN control.

als centrino-user moechte ich das tool echt nicht mehr missen, sollten centrino-user auf jedenfall mal antesten.

die 1.7 beta 2 laeuft uebrigens doch sehr gut und unterstuetzt auch neuere centrino cpus - muss ueber die 1.6er drueber gezogen werden, sonst funktioniert die 1.7er nicht.
