Weiter gehts...die Kiste ist noch lange nicht fertg *g*

Ich habe jetzt OSX auf Partition A und Win7 auf Partition B der internen 1TB HDD installiert. Unabhängig vom Umbau meiner hier noch rumliegenden SSD, wie bekomme ich den Umzug des OS am besten hin?

Bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig, als alles neu einzurichten oder kann ich die OSX/Win7 Installation problemlos ex- und wieder importieren? Vor allem mit Hinblick auf die Trennung von Systemdaten und Userdaten? Ich weiß z.B. auch nicht, ob ich die Win7 Partition von der OSX Installation physikalisch trennen kann.

Ist-Zustand:
interne 1TB HDD -> OSX + Win7 auf 2 Partitionen und damit Startvolumes

Soll-Zustand:
64GB SSD: OSX, interne 1TB HDD: Userdaten von OSX + Win7

Gibt es da Erfahrungen oder soll ich sowas lieber in einem Macforum posten?
Auf www.macuser.de bin ich auf MacBook Zeiten zumindest schon registiert.
