1. Added xrmb's patch to send list of files after get ID from servers. [Thanks xrmb]
2. Fixed a bug in comparing sources added to queue -migration from 0.22c to 0.23b problem.
3. Added fix in CPartFile::FillGap() to avoid rehashing after a crash before getting next file. [Thanks Lord KiRon]
4. Added fix re-loading sources. [Thanks skynetman]
5. Modified behaviour loading sources -purging sources only occurs one time before reloading sources.
6. Fixed bug that shows ourselves many times in queue. [Thanks Lord KiRon]
7. Merging in servelist more than an URL hitting Update is back. But it works like initial autoupdate. It means that after one URL works it stops downloading more serverlists.
8. Now when loading/reloading sources we make run eliminating No Needed Sources before.
