Wacken 2008

So .....heute hat sich n bisschen was getan in Sachen Wacken, aber der Reihe nach:
Nummer 1:
Maiden spielen am ersten Abend !

Iron Maiden and organisers of the Wacken Open Air Festival 2008 are very pleased to confirm that Maiden will headline the opening night of the Wacken Open Air Festival on the Thursday 31st July.

This is the first of the three nights of the festival and will be a spectacular opening as this will be the first time that Iron Maiden have performed at this international Heavy Metal gathering which features many of the best Metal bands from around the world. This is also the ONLY show that Iron Maiden will be playing in Germany this year on the Somewhere Back in Time World Tour which will feature songs almost exclusively from their classic 80s albums and a stage production based on the Egyptian concept of the legendary Powerslave Tour.

Tickets for the festival are on sale and are already at a record high at this stage so make sure you get along to the Wacken official website or follow the links below to be able to order your tickets now so as not to be disappointed and miss this mega event.

Es wird wohl die beruehmte hardcore Buehnenshow geben, hab mich schon gefragt ob die das aufm Wacken machen und wie, da bin ich echt gespannt drauf, zumal Maiden fuer die Somewhere Back in Time Tour die groesste Buehnenshow ever angesagt haben, das duerfte mehr als interessant werden.

Ich spring vor Freude im Quadrat, wenn in der Setlist Revelations, Aces High und Rhyme of the ancient mariner drinn sind dann werd ich wohl vor Aufregung platzen aufm Wacken.

ich hoffe nur das die Organisatoren nicht auf die Idee kommen das noch mehr Leute als die knapp 100.000 dieses Jahr toll waeren, dann wars das letzte Wacken fuer mich.....

Liebe Metalheads,

wie schon angedeutet, halten LORDI ihr versprechen und kommen 2008 nach Wacken, nach dem sie fuer 2007 wegen dem Ozzfest absagen mussten&.
