Released already a few months ago and sadly reviewed a bit late, "Far Beyond The Light" is an album that will make the Selbstmord team worshippers cum in their leather, while the others will get frozen of fear and horror. Just like their Satanic cult bands, LEVIATHAN play high class Black Metal, very cold and mostly mid-tempo, that will provoke in every decent Black Metaller the incredible need to lock himself, put the volume on maximum level, put all the lights off and progressively act towards self-destruction, might it be with alcohol or with a razor blade, this until the last second of "Far Beyond The Light".

SHINING and FORGOTTEN TOMB are maybe more obscure and depressing, but LEVIATHAN are already quite strong and are able with their haunting riffs to laminate your head and get all your inner hatred out. With such bands as LEVIATHAN and with a label like Selbstmord, Sweden are getting better, or worse if you prefer, than the so far almighty Norway”¦
