Trencher's debut album for Southern, "Lips", is a bludgeoning
feast of pummelling abstract metal punctuated by yells,
hollers and the occasional keyboard assault. Moving on from
the blink-and-you'll-miss- it grindcore absurdity of their
debut album – having surely honed the genre of the one-minute
Casio-metal song to utter perfection – Trencher on this record
are virtually prog in comparison with their old self, chucking
out songs of over three minutes and experimenting with new
song structures. "Lips" is by no means dull or sluggish,
however; still more fun than just about any other UK band
around, Trencher are also developing into a genuinely original
and visionary outfit.

OREGELGRIND!! kurze groovige grindexplosionen. ein alter all time fav von mir, vor allem da der sound schön knusprig ist. 9.5/10

Bei Orgelgrind bin ich wohl nicht allzu begeistert, allerdings muss ich wegen der Bewertung schon testen.

gefällt mir definitv besser als das andere orgelgedöns die band hier lässt sich auch einen etwas größeren kreativen spielraum und schrotet nicht nur ihre mucke runter. wird reingelauscht

Ob ich mir das auf Dauer geben kann, ist zu bezweifeln.

Allerdings gefallen mir die richtig schiefen Orgelpassagen sehr gut. z.B. bei Lied Nr.2
