Dieses Jahr nur ne Top 50 , sollte aber reichen

Mein Jahr war ziemlich Highlight-Arm. Einige Alben auf die ich mich gefreut habe, haben mich enttäuscht (Devildriver, In Flames, Endstille).

Und wie ich gerade gesehen habe waren die einzigen Alben die bei mir längere Zeit im Player rotierten, bereits aus 2010.

Ich bekomme - wie jedes Jahr - sicherlich genug für eine Top 20 zusammen. Allerdings ist die Zahl der echten Topalben im Vergleich zu früher spürbar gesunken. Vielleicht komme ich am WE dazu.

Insgesamt echt mageres Jahr.

Beste Livebands:
- Vader (Einzige Band von der ich nie nen mittelmäßigen, geschweige denn schlechten Auftritt gesehen habe)
- Primordial
- Keep of Kalessin in Bochum
- Legion of the Damned in Bochum (inklusive einer Woche Nackenschmerzen und blauem Auge vom Bangen, weil Schulter vom Vormann getroffen.......... Bang you head against the stage, and metal takes its price )


Live Überraschung des Jahres:
Belphegor mit gutem Sound aufm Metalfest

Beschissenster Liveact:
Amon Amarth
Zwei Auftritte gesehen, Choreographiert bis ins kleinste (echt albern) und schäbige Setlist......Das war beim zweiten Auftritt in Oberhausen noch schlimmer als beim ersten aufm Metalfest. Auf dem Metalfest wars noch die Albentour, da kann ich verstehen wenn man fast nur neue Songs spielt, aber in Oberhausen wars das selbe, obwohl die Albentour durch war. Fast das komplette letzte Album, einiges vom vorletzten und nur 2 - 3 "alte" songs

Ich finde die Beast eigentlich ganz brauchbar, auf jedenfall besser als die Pray for Villains, wenn ich auch zugeben muss, dass die, verglichen mit den alten Alben, etwas an Charm verloren haben
